operator skills

a public repository of claude skills for builders and operators.

01

open source

operator-skills is a public repository of 28 claude skills for builders and operators. it covers product (prds, feature proposals, instrumentation, ux audits, roadmap from data, okrs, interview synthesis, competitive teardowns), delivery (scoping, migrations, dashboards, rfps, security questionnaires), analysis (data reconciliation, red team, candidate and vendor evaluation, post-mortems, decision records), ops (agenda synthesis, ticket triage, documentation, meeting prep, sprint planning), and a new comms category for the highest-frequency writing: status updates, exec briefs, stakeholder updates, and incident communication.

the repo is bilingual es/en, MIT licensed, and anchored in a coherent philosophy: method over voice, decisions over descriptions, rituals in service of results. every skill now carries a uniform related skills section that wires each method to its neighbors.

quality is enforced, not assumed: a deterministic linter validates structure, en/es template parity, and the voice rules, while an llm judge runs each skill against a real request and scores the output against its own checklist. no api key required, it runs on your own claude or codex session.

it's the operational expression of manual de ataraxia digital: imperturbabilidad entre tanto scrum, published in 2025.

the 10 principles

these skills aren't loose prompts. each one rests on the same base of assumptions about product, delivery, and organization.

  1. 01output vs. outcomes
  2. 02product as a portfolio of bets
  3. 03reduce uncertainty, not scope
  4. 04no heroes, no blame
  5. 05rituals serve results
  6. 06pm as anthropologist, not ceo
  7. 07discovery is a practice, not a phase
  8. 08roadmap as conversation, not contract
  9. 09leading without title
  10. 10cultural signals are delivery

quality assurance

the skills ship with their own guardrails, so quality is enforced rather than assumed.

  • ·a deterministic linter that validates structure, en/es template parity, and the voice rules
  • ·an llm judge that runs each skill against a real request and scores the output against its own checklist
  • ·no api key required: the judge runs on your own claude or codex session, the same way the skills do
05

claude + codex

operator-skills-codex

there's a codex version of the whole repo, generated from the same source and kept in sync automatically. one command publishes claude and codex together, without drift.
