founder portfolio
Founded Ataraxy as a digital product agency in 2023. The process management framework I built became the differentiator behind the partial acquisition by White Pearl Technology Group, the publicly listed Swedish technology holding. Today the focus is building AI agents and delivering advisory and consulting services for companies across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. As founder and CEO I set strategic direction while a leadership team runs day-to-day operations.
Following the partial acquisition, Ataraxy operated as a joint venture with White Pearl Technology Group, and a part of the operation later merged with Sidetool. As CEO with a board seat, I set strategic direction while a leadership team ran day-to-day operations across LATAM and the US. This chapter concluded in June 2026.

As part of the founding team in a strategic product role, I set product direction, shaped the analytics and instrumentation framework, and oversaw enterprise customer engagements while the operating team handled day-to-day execution. Part of the team that closed a $1.55M seed round led by Wollef Ventures at an $8M valuation. Defined the product roadmap spanning campaign management, agent configuration, call flows, and analytics; authored the canonical functional documentation across 240+ Linear issues (published in Notion); designed the KAMS middleware proposal for managing Retell and LiveKit agents at scale and the PostHog instrumentation spec covering 14 custom events. Oversaw enterprise engagements with DirecTV, Banco de Guayaquil, and MercadoLibre.
