delivery management consultant at squadron data, a snowflake consultancy. two concurrent engagements, both delivery-side: cadence, milestone defense, scope and burn on t&m. not the build.

first: a 12-week rebuild of a production snowflake platform for a cybersecurity company carving out from its parent. the incumbent SI broke the salesforce integration — objects flattened, grain destroyed, zero schema-drift handling. we're ripping it out and rebuilding the medallion stack bronze-to-gold, live before the parent cuts system access. i own the critical path: near-real-time salesforce pipeline pushing live comp back per quote, plus schema-drift automation for a system that mutates weekly post-go-live. fixed date, no slip, no extension. the deliverable is an analyst-ready, cortex-ready gold layer — documented, with knowledge transfer, buildable day one.

second: a us health benefits payer running two programs in parallel — conversational analytics (cortex agents on snowflake over claims data) and legacy modernization (datastage/netezza off to a snowflake data vault). hipaa and the BAA are architecture, not paperwork: no offshore, phi stays onshore. the job is holding the line between what's signed and what's still a deck.
